Reported the dysfunctional gate a week ago. I am still without parking spot which I pay for. My vehicle is unsafe as the gate is now manual. Phillimon is still struggling to fix the gate after 7 days. I am losing my patience, Please get someone else with the right skills to have this gate fixed because clearly Phill has no idea what He is doing and when I call Him, He drops the calls. He is unprofessional and rude.
