Worst solar products

We bought two complete 50KW and 15KW solar power systems from this company. Both systems with Lithium batteries, inverter, solar controller, PV panels, wiring and accessories complete.

The systems came without any installation diagrams. The batteries did not have any communication cables. The 15KW system does not have any communication functions at all between batteries and mppt (not acceptable in today's solar practice). The 50 KW inverter also arrived broken. None of the systems work. We asked for support from them and they could not solve our issues and eventually stopped replying to our support requests. None of the systems work.

After sending the broken inverter to a third party electronic engineer it was found that the transformer winding's were the wrong way round and he also fixed numerous other pc board faults that had to be soldered and fixed before the 50KW system even started up. Needless to say the system is still not working properly due to compatibility issues with the batteries and charging from the mppt.

This company is not a solar manufacturer and is simply a trading company, which just bundles together equipment without testing and checking compatibility first. The equipment is also low quality and is very old solar technology.

When technical support is needed, you can forget it.
