Misleading advertising

I'm disappointed that people can just take other people's hard earned money I applied for a polo vivo in december2020 and they will do a debicheck A consultant minute send me then a email saying the debicheck is cancelled to my surprise it went of at end of February a amount of 4000.When I start enquiring that they reverse my money they will tell you to contact support I've been sending more then 6 emails.They send me offers on cars that I did not apply for .I spoke to Mr Venter today he told me it's non refundable so in other words you give them your money just like that.2weeks ago I commended on they bad service he phoned me and asked me to remove it.People be aware when you deal with yap yap.im sure after my review they will contact me I will put this on every media side even news papers if I have to.
