Refund
Very frustrated. They canceled my order and are now delaying my refund. It falsely states that I received my money but I honestly did not receive a cent. I wanted the goods, they refused but are not giving me the money

Hi I ordered from you today and I have been given very green bananas, can I ask what am I supposed to do with them? If I wanted to grow my own bananas I would have done so

I bought a 24 of Corona, and it was **** alcohol
I bought a 24 of Corona, and it was **** alcohol. I also bought a bottle of Hendrix, and now I'm afraid to drink it. The taste was off, but I knew after consuming 12 that I was fooled. I am so sober now, I'm more than 18 deep, and I'm just trying to finish it and hoping that the placebo effect does its job because I've never finished 6 without being tipsy. Quite disappointed, I would rate it 0 stars, but I don't have the option. It was on special, and I was so happy for the deal. Bought like 2 weeks ago, thinking I was prepping for December, but I got greedy and I was thirsty, so I decided to drink a few... After the first one, I knew it was off, offered someone one beer, and they confirmed my suspicions...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order, and it was delivered incomplete. I contacted them immediately and I have been holding for over 4mins. You can't even raise it on the app, you are told to contact them Contact them HOW when they do not answer. This was my FIRST AND LAST ORDER.

Yassir *****s from their customers.
Several times 8 have received rotten/spoilt fresh produce. Today I receive less items than I paid for in full. The call center cannot assist and I am out 9f of option. In South Africa companies get away with this because no department will investigate. As for customer service we can go f++++ ourselves. Go Yassir.

Refund
I made an online payment on the 18th of July 2025. Payment was unsuccessful on the app but money went out from my account. I have been reaching out to their customer service for a refund, no assistance up to this day. Their service and level of incompetence is appalling. I have been begging for my money for a month now. This is disgusting to say the least.

Bad Customer Service
I have ordered last month and i didn't get everything , i have paid them but there was no mayonnaise , an employee called Nonz failed to assist me , and i need that Nola It was the first ordering from them but their service isn't good Yassir is a **** , Woolies Dash , Sixty60 and Pnp Asap is more better than this company
