Security equipment unable to perform necessary functions. Incapacity to repair or upgrade. They claim it’s an incompatibility with our network, despite them doing a site visit and review prior to installation. Refusal to remove equipment and reimburse us.

Have poor client service. I paid into their FNB account and submitted my proof of payment to Belinda and their accouns department and they have not credited money into my Yaxxa account . They tell me all the staff is in a meeting at 11:00 which are working times? So now is there to reconcile our payments and credit our accounts accordingly? I have lost a client as a result. Their customer service is really pathetic and unacceptable

Our company finally got rid of Yaxxa and replaced it with ZOIPER. No more dropped calls. No more customer complaints about the robotic voice "You are number one in the queue". Yaxxa lost me sales and customers.

Do not waste your time or money on this rubbish app. If you want your business to lose customers the go ahead and sign up. Expect dropped calls and irritated staff. The app is also data-heavy and expect to pay out of your own pocket if your company makes you use this **** app. There is also the issue of privacy and the terms and conditions which allows this useless company access to all your private data. AVOID YAXXA LIKE IT IS COVID. IT WILL KILL YOUR BUSINESS NAD LOSE YOU CUSTOMERS
