Hi MY family (Grandchildren)really bought into the seedling promotion that you have. On Saturday 2/6/2018 i purchased goods in excess of R 2000.00 at the Mall of Africa. When i enquired about the Seedlings I was told that the its not available ...end of story. I was in Boksburg Hyper on 4/6/2018 ...same thing purchases for R200.00 I find this unacceptable and a case of false advertising

Yesterday midday I visited checkers liquor to take advantage of a special where hunters dry was advertised and it was on special, on arrival I was told by the manager of the store that the particular hunters dry was out of stock. I advised the manager that there was 330ml hunters dry and it was in different packaging and hence not the one on special so she would not be able to override the system. this is pathetic because a manager should be able to override a system to please an unhappy customer. my question is why do you guys advertise specials but then there is no stock, the manager called later in the day to advise that the particular hunters dry which was on special has arrived. By then it was too late and I had already purchased it somewhere else. I support checkers horizon regularly because I stay in roodepoort and I am very disgusted by the service and the inability of your senior staff members. I await your reply in an attempt to resolve this matter

Taxi cab #3929 picked us up at the Las Vegas airport 16:21 March 2. We asked for the Wyndham Grand Dessert resort, he dropped us off at the Hyatt! Not even the place we asked for. When we said this is the wrong place, he got defensive and rude. After swiping my credit card, he also wanted cash saying it should be a cash ticket. He didn't want to give us the receipt either. We got out and walked the mile to the Wyndham Grand Desert.
