Terrible and unprofessional service from conveyancer - Y Inc Attoneys
Shocking and unprofessional. Y Inc do not meet any deadlines set by them and undertakings they make to both the buyer and seller. They came highly recommended by the Estate agent from Harcourt. One needs to ask why? Y Inc were presented with signed offer in May 2022 to process the transfer of property. Transfer was registered in December 2022 - 7 months later - for a transfer that should not have taken more than 3 months. Y Inc provided excuse after excuse for delay - that is when you could get hold of them. Staff seldom answer phone calls and emails. When you complain - you are referred to a Director whose phone number is no longer active and an email address that does not get answered. We as the seller were only provided with a statement of accounts 5 days after transfer. Numerous commitments made by staff of Y Inc that payment of funds to seller had been made but no proof of payment could and was provided. Eventually settlement payment was only made 2 days after Statement of account provided - 7 days after transfer and registration. No reason provided for delay. One must wonder why they hold onto sellers funds for so long? No-one needs to be exposed to such incompetent staff and an organization that does not deliver timeously and in a professional manner. Steer clear of this conveyancer in South Africa.

WORST SERVICE,DONT USE THEM!!!
Worst experience of my life.They are the transferring attorneys handling the sale of my house. It registered in the deeds office to the new owner on the 27th Sep 2022 and to date I have not received the money for the sale.Annelie is dogdging my calls and the director Ash Youngma is of no help. His response "they shouldn't have given you my number" They are completely unprofessional.

Disrespectful,Unprofessional and Unethical Service
I cancelled property purchase on the 30th of July 2021 and requested a refund on the deposit and transfer cost that I have paid in March2021. 5Months and 24days later i haven't been refunded.i have send emails and phone Y Inc almost everyday but it's either they don't respond,they working from home,they on sick leave or they will process the payment soon.

Pleasure dealing with Annelie Thirion and her team at Y inc.
What an absolute pleasure to deal with Y inc attorneys. Since the appointment of the New practise manager Annelie Thirion, Y inc has gone from strength to strength, I use Y inc for all my property transfers and conveyer work and I am very satisfied with the level of service and feedback received, Well done to Annelie and the Team.
