Ray - Renaullt - Brad James
I highly recommend Ray. I’m based in Durban, and when I first bought my Renault Duster through him in PE, I was a bit skeptical because of the distance. But the guy was excellent. He made sure everything was 100%, and coming from someone who has been in sales for nearly 30 years, he’s a great example of what a salesman should be. I honestly hope to be the kind of salesperson he is. Unfortunately, less than a month later, someone drove through a stop street and I hit them, and the car was written off. After the insurance side was sorted, Ray didn’t hesitate—he simply said he would sort it out. Within three weeks he found me another Renault Duster, very low mileage, only a year older, and full spec. So I’ve actually upgraded. He took away a lot of stress during a really difficult time, and if it wasn’t for him, I don’t think I would have managed to get everything sorted so quickly. Even if you’re far away, Ray will still take care of you. You’ll get full value for your money—no doubt about it.

I want to start this review of with some context. This was my first car purchase, I live in Gauteng and Your Car Guy is located in Port Elizabeth. My experience with Ray from Your Car Guy was nothing less than stellar. He assisted me with the car purchase process, was upfront and honest, and was always willing to go that extra mile to ensure I was getting the most out of my purchase. I would recommend “Your Car Guy” to anyone without a second thought. Great Service and the car is fantastic.

I would go out of my way to recommend Your Car Guy and Ray Neethling to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. My family and I have been buying cars from Ray for 14 years now and his service has always been next level compared to anyone else. This Ranger of mine Ray went absolutely out of his way to create a deal another Ford dealer simply didnt even try to do, just said it couldn't be done no stock.... Same as my last vehicle Ray simply went out and found one for me, and his professionalism and dedication to exceptional service is unparalleled, thank you Ray yet again!!

Your Car Guy
<div>Still dont think they had the intent of selling me an absolute piece of ****, but the point remains that they never inspected the vehicle properly and the roadworthy seems manipulated. When I got the vehicle roadworthied myself, roadworthy relevant issues popped up. So Ray took the car back to get the trailing arm bushes repaired... I didnt have the car for about 3 days... Got it back and was told its repaired. Guess what? Dekra report soon after stated that trailing arm bushes were still worn and needed replacing, so this alone made me question everything I was told. My fault for trusting the guy, but so you learn. He has every excuse in the book. So be it. I guess you get different service when a business is booming and once they start struggling.. I wont recommend anyone to use this business at the moment, especially not if you buy older vehicles from them.</div>

Want to buy a Car in PE.
Your Car Guy in PE We bought a Tiguan at Your Car Guy in PE, and I must admit, we had the best service ever in the 19th Years that we stayed in PE. From the owner, to the car salesman, Darvin. They were so helpful and from day one, they made us feel special. The after service so far was also excellent. Keep up the good work. We will defnitely recomend your service.
