Terrified, verbally abused ex-customer

The owner of this dealership (jou Motor kliniek, Silverton) is nothing short of a monster. He verbally harrassed me when it was pointed out that his job was incorrectly done. Do not become a statistic. Do not support this dealership. They are many other professional, friendlier, less abusive dealerships to choose from.
