They promise some sort of long story which will get you access to this and that and glitter fairies. They also have a "Senior Financial Advisor" called Kim who will send you an unsolicited Whatsapp message and offer you a free credit assessment. It has been a while since I have come across a "Senior Financial Advisor" who has to resort to sending out Whatsapp messages with big promises to drum up business. Kim must not be a very good "Senior Financial Advisor". Oh and she sends voicenotes with a THICK Afrikaans accent and lots of background noise.
