Do not buy property run by Yvonne Nathan Estate Managers
If you are in the Market for property and you see signage stating that "Yvonne Nathan" is the Estate Managers....Stay away, No issues raised will be attended to because nobody is as important as she thinks she is!

Zero Stars . Toxic Human
If only there was a zero star or a minus ten star for this evil bully. Estate Management means taking care of residents and property of which she doesn't do either. She gets away with everything she does by ignoring people and doing stuff for the trustees who voted her in. She picks and chooses who she will rescue and who she will make suffer. She forces you to deal with her so she can flex her grotesque muscles to everyone. She is rude. She shows up at your door without an appointment and then causes a scene at your door because I said I can't come to the door, whilst I'm online with a client? She then phones my husband loudly from outside my door which is open. She tells him that she's at our place and his wife isn't coming to the door. Who does that!? Instead of apologising, she deflects and defends herself on the phone outside my door to someone else whilst I'm still online with a client. She tells everyone she was eager to resolve the problem and just showed up? Against complex rules? Tenants aren't allowed to break rules but she can. She brought someone else to the door another day to explain her story to them so I could hear. Why? Why do that? Why talk so loud? Why he an awful person? We refused to let her in and asked for someone else and we were told if SHE doesn't come in, the problem will not be seen too. She's inflammatory, rude and toxic and she spills that all over the place. We're not allowed to play music past 20h00 but you can talk loudly until 4am every 2 weeks with prophanities and vulgar conversation that all the kids can't unhear and broken glass from the constant partying can lie on the ground where we have to drive over it? She is a terrible excuse for a human nevermind that her job is to take care of those humans that pay her salary. She is an abusive bully who can't apologise and does need to be stopped. Good luck to anyone inheriting her. You can tell by these unanswered reviews how much she cares about her own name and business.

Estate Mismanagement
With regards to Monte Falco Complex in Lonehill/Pineslopes: Awful and unsafe place to stay, especially as a young single women. Since moving in here I have sadly been subjected to the worse possible service delivery and even abuse by the security guard staff. I once felt so unsafe at midnight, due to the security guards, that I had to call the Douglasdale SAPS (police) to come protect me and my roommates and get the security guards to leave us alone. Despite reporting this to the estate management, I was met with nothing but incompetence and no further help. Add to that the fact that the general upkeep of the estate is below par (the pool and gardens are always dirty and unkempt) it really just isn't worth the investment or leasing amount. You're better off finding something worth the pay in inner Lonehill or Douglasdale. Disappointing experience all round.

Corrupt and thieving Yvonne Nathan
Yvonne plans to move to Australia. She is now using her own partly owned company called Love Electrical to install the Prepaid meters at Sibiti Private Estate, pulling more money into her pocket. This sick women cannot produce the minutes of the meetings where this consensus was reach by its residents. Yvonne is a thief and corrupt and should be stopped.

Unethical Business Practice Yvonne Nathan
As an owner of a sectional title unit, following heavy rains, the unit suffered R25000 worth of damages. Following an insurance claim submission to Yvonne Nathan, and her collusion with estate manager, insurer and corporate management, my claim was put to damage due to my own fault i.e. drains not being cleaned out. Photos and videos proving that the thatched roof was broken in and still they got away with not paying me out. I hope she is removed from more complex management in Jhb. Aweful unethical people!
