My car is in for repair at Zambezi repair centre last year November for a door replacement and few additional items that were identified by the workshop not the assessor. I have been sent from pillar to post until today, I haven't received my car.i had my courtesy car from Insurance for 30 days it lapsed,and nobody is telling me when I'll be getting my car back. I lost business and clients because of this delay and I don't think ill ever use BMW workshop or anything related to it anymore.i rather take my car BMW520i to a fly by night workshop than its own. They're terrible people,lack communication skills and have no regards for clients.
