I have placed an order, using payflex made the 1st payment but did not get any notification from the bank. So I have made a payment again, only yo find it I have placed the same order twice. I have called them after I received the hoods and was told by Nicole that they cannot cancel my order because it was on sale. I was very disappointed in her. I am still sitting with that order, did not even open the bag.

Never ever buy anything from Zando, after i placed my order, they kept on telling me that items are out of stock one by one, bare in mind that I've paid for custom fees for each item already, not even custom fees for the entire order. What a ****!!! People stay away from this clothing App. It has become the worst ever.

I have recently made an online purchase on Zando ( https://www.zando.co.za/). The items i ordered did not fit and when I wanted return the item they have changed their return policy to 10days. I have shopped on online platforms ALOT and have never came across such short return time. Apparently they changed it 6 months ago. Don't think this is fair and will not order from ZANDO again.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the imported pants I ordered from Zando, the material is inferior, the item is nothing close to the images online. When I attempted to return it, I was instructed to go to a Pudo drop off point which rejected my barcode as invalid. Now I'm stuck with poor quality material I do not want.

Im highly disappointed with the service im getting with regards to a parcel of which was delivered to someone without my consent i was promised by nicole that my issue will be resolved but till to date im being given excuses i want answers as i used funds to purchase this parcel so if youre not willing to help let me know cos clearly my query is not of importance grant brown needs to see this ive asked for management no one is taking me serious if you dont want to help say so

I ordered a few items from Zando and whilst others were delivered in good order the last two items were indicated as delivered however I did not recieve it. I am now struggling to find out whom sign for the parcel. Zando really disappointed me.

I placed an order with Zando on 16/12/2023, and I have not received my order till today. I have been calling Zando and DPD Laser (Courier Company) numerous times to track my order and I have been getting different excuses. This is very disappointing.
