Zapper sucks

I tried to use zapper to load money onto my sons school tuck shop account. First time ot didn't work money was taken and didn't reflect on tuck account. It took them over a week to refund. Tried it again because its a simpler way for me and has worked on other things before well again it didn't work. Its been over a week and i have contacted them but no response.
