I have ordered clothing from Zassy. Com in March of this year, it''s now September and no word or package received, I have tried mailing them, but with no luck, the clothing that was wort R1068. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced, shipping or order number is #1225, I ordered 6 jeans and two tops, the lady that mailed me back in April was Anna, then tried again in May and still no luck, how do I Get my money back? Don't order from Zassy - SCAM
I ordered a jacket on the 24 June 2019 and still waiting for delivery. The website is closed and I can't get hold of anyone. Please stay away from this website Zassy.co.za it is a SCAM...

POOR SERVICE
Ive ordered from them almost a month ago they helped me throught the payement process and everything because my payment wouldnt go throught since then no feedback ever again. Cant we go and open a theft case or something against them because i think they scammed a lot of people with a lot of money

STAY AWAY!!!!!
Pathetic service!!!! This is the reason why I will never support any online business ever again! They are very quick to take your money and then they disappear into thin air!! I have asked multiple times for an update on my order, then got blocked.... without ever receiving an answer. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! They are quick to respond to a email once they have received your payment - from thereof - you will receive no communication - no email, no whatsapp, no online chat, no phone call. They ignore you no matter how many communications attempts you try.... when finally you receive or may not receive a parcel - which is not even the products you have ordered .... not even similar - u can buy all these cheap **** @ any local China markets for probably less then a R100. So please do not even consider using then at all - unless you want to be disappointed.

Stay away from Zassy.co.za
I placed an order in Feb 2019. I received only part of my order last week at the local post office after i had to pay another R28 per parcel before i can collect. No one answers my messages or can give me proper feedback regarding my outstanding items. When I collected my parcel, the items where not even what i have ordered. I will not recommend this site at all.

Zassy.co.za is absolute rip-off......STAY AWAY!!
Absolutely no service delivery at all!!!!!!! We ordered four items, am waiting for 3 months now and only received one item so far. This item is not nearly what was ordered and now Zassy is ignoring all whatsapp messages, emails, telephone calls and online chat messages. This is nothing else than daylight robbery as they take your money and never provide you with any service or even the correct colour of items that was ordered. Please avoid them as far as possible!!!
