AVIS CAR SALES - BELLVILLE
It's a pity that the maximum number of stars to be assigned is only 5... If one wants to buy a pre-owned car without running into problems, hearing false promises, receiving denial of hidden and non-hidden problems that ultimately ruin the life and breakes the wallet to the point of making curse the decision of that purchase, then the only SAFE destination is AVIS CAR SALES in BELLVILLE Mr. Wilbert Zau (Sales Executive) and Mr. Rodney Mottie (Sales Manager) are professionals with a huge capital “P”, very rare to find in the market nowadays. Mr. Wilbert Zau Is not only expert, efficient and serious but transparent in the display and description of each car which is accompanied not only by the usual documents, but also by the details of any work it has had (both mechanical and bodywork, etc.), residual guaranties, etc. Mr. Rodney Mottie is the Manager of the Branch, who is on the Customers’ side, attentive to every sales detail and ready to provide personalized assistance to support Mr. Zau's work. I had (and have) direct proof of what I state here and, from now on, I will not only recommend AVIS CAR SALES to all my friends and acquaintances who are interested in purchasing a pre-owned car with a very high level pedigree without running into any kind of problem, but I will continue to purchase every future car from them for my personal use and for the family. Thank you, and WELL DONE, Wilbert and Rodney, you MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE IN A SHARK-INFESTED MARKET.

Avis/Zeda are ******
I hired a car from Avis/Zeda Car Sales for two consecutive months, on the third month, I paid R15 000 and immediately after I made the payment, I was told that they could not close the file for the previous month as I owed them and so I did not receive the car that which I was paying for. They made me complete and sign a refund document on the 15 of May 2024. It has been close to two months now since I made the transaction, I have not received my money back, I have submitted all the proof, to them and that includes my bank statements, my proof of payments and a letter from my bank indicating to them that they did receive the money that they allege I owe them. Worse, they have been saying that they are investigating the matter, to this day no one has come back to me, they're not even responding to my emails, emails that have all the proof that I submitted.

Avis car sales Bellville service
I recently purchased a vehicle from Avis car sales, the Bellville branch in Cape Town and dealt with Lucille Clarke. It was the best service I experienced in a very long time. She is friendly, efficient and very professional. She kept me updated every step of the way and created a trusted safe space for, what can be, a rather overwhelming and often tedious process in general. It was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I could enjoy the excitement of purchasing a new vehicle without being bogged down with the technical side of things, thanks to her. She goes above and beyond, and her level of service is really a rarity. Everyone at the branch was kind and professional as well and I would recommend them to anyone, any day.

The slowest way to rent a car- Avis
They should just say the slowest way to rent a car in their advert. I have been waiting for an hour to have a car delivered after I phoned them 10 minutes before the agreed time. They keep saying the driver is on the way, I wondered if they are still manufacturing the car.
