CBK Motors not so bad after all.
To be honest the last time I spoke about Zenros Auto, CBK Motors, I gave them a 1 star and was unhappy with the way I was handled in the first place. But I understand that you csn not judge a place by one employee that does not know how to do his work and how to communicate with a buyer. Tania is one of the owners of CBK Motors and if it wad not for her patience and her time that she went out of her way to help me, I would have most probably still feel like 1 star is not enuf. But to her I can give 6 stars as she is a person that cares and is always helpful in the end. People like her is hard to find in the industry someone you can trust and depend on. Zenros Auto, CBK Motors to me have help, kept here cool with me and I can say to you that want to buy a second hand car, yes you might find some problems, God forbid, but realize in this that it is not Tania or her teams fault, the previous owner keep quiet about things and they are the once to get ot, I feel that is a bit unfair towards them. My final advise that I can give you is that wen you buy a vehicle at Zenros Auto that does have good deals, ask for Tania and see how a second had sale sould feel like. Well done Tania you are truly a woman of God and a woman of failure.. Thanks

CBK Motors not so bad after all.
To be honest the last time I spoke about Zenros Auto, CBK Motors, I gave them a 1 star and was unhappy with the way I was handled in the first place. But to her I can give 6 stars as she is a person that cares and is always helpful in the end. People like her is hard to find in the industry someone you can trust and depend on. Zenros Auto, CBK Motors to me have help, kept here cool with me and I can say to you that want to buy a second hand car, yes you might find some problems, God forbid, but realize in this that it is not Tania or her teams fault, the previous owner keep quiet about things and they are the once to get ot, I feel that is a bit unfair towards them. My final advise that I can give you is that wen you buy a vehicle at Zenros Auto that does have good deals, ask for Tania and see how a second had sale sould feel like. Well done Tania you are truly a woman of God and a woman of failure.. Thanks

Worst Vehicle Dealership In South Africa
In the beginning I wrote a good report about how good it is and how nice experience it was to buy a vehicle from Zenros, CBK. That was 3 months ago and in that 3 months I had the vehicle for less that a month as it broke, and they thru away the engine bottom cover witch I still ate waiting for. I know that vehicle second hand can have problems wen you buy them, but my issue with them is that I never got any word from them in what is happening while a gearbox took 5 and a half weeks to repair. I had to phone all the time and in there response I was told we will get back to you.They never did. So I am suing them for all that I had to go through and advise all of you to think twice before buying a vehicle from them, and do not think being a nice person count, I have been nice to them from day one, but I am done being nice, I lost more than R35000 in 3 months and the stress made me almost collapse in a heart attack. So speak to me I will tell you the truth about them . GOD BLESS

Trouble free second hand vehicle purchase
Buying a second hand vehicle can be like playing the lotto. You believe that wen you invest you will receive something better in return. But dealerships can promise you the sun and the moon and never deliver. Tania and her group of personal is one of those dealerships that actually delivers. To me a great dealership is not one with the best cars, ( not that they do not have a good variety of vehicles) , or give you the best deals. To me a dealership is great wen After market service is not an issue and that they do not riun away, nor tell you lies that will make you wander what you bought, or make you feel stupid and don't know what you are talking about. To me non stop commitment and aftermarket service s what make a good dealership, an great dealership. And Zenros Auto to me is the best experience I ever had in buying a vehicle. I think also that wen you buy a second hand vehicle you have to release that it is used and it is not brand new, the important thing is the people who you buy it from and also communication. If I can give you out there advice, I have read some reviews on Zenros Auto on helopiter, but I think wen buying a secondhand vehicle to be save is more important than to buy with friendly people. The personnel of Zenros Auto I really love and adore, they made me feel save to buy from them and I can recomend them to everyone that values dealerships that look after you even after the sale went through. As being a man that lives for God, humble and speak truth always I would like to say to Zenros Auto: Well done Zenros Auto for your friendly, excellent service you are the best secondhand dealership in South Africa in my books.

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy
If I had to describe Zenros Auto in Boksburg in one word it would be UNTRUSTWORTHY. My husband and I took a vehicle for a test drive, and made the decision to buy that vehicle. We were surprised by the rudeness of the owner and his personnel. The amount they offered us for our trade-in wasn’t enough to cover the purchase price, but we signed the offer to purchase and the owner agreed to keep the vehicle till the coming Monday (6 days) giving us time to gather the remainder of the outstanding amount. With buyers lined up to buy our cars, we get a WhatsApp message on Thursday from the sales lady, Nicolette, stating that her colleague had sold the vehicle. They didn’t even have the decency to give us a heads-up that there is another person interested in buying the car. (Although I had an agreement with the owner, in the presence of the sales lady, to keep the car for us) Nicolette didn’t even answer the phone when I tried to give her a call after receiving her message. How could you trust a dealership that can’t stick to it’s word? After being so disappointed, I did a search online for reviews, and now I see that I’m not the only one with complaints. I’m even doubting now that the vehicle did in fact have a full franchise service history as it was advertised, as the franchise could not confirm more than two services were done on the vehicle. I can’t and also wouldn’t recommend doing business with someone that doesn’t stick to their word. If I don’t trust you, you’re not getting my business or recommendation. 1. Rude 2. Unprofessional 3. Terrible communication

Rude Aggressive Attitude
Aggressive Rude Owner Extremely rude. Owner has massive attitude issues. Owner of dealership Fought with me / stated that people can't read signs about where to park at his dealership - yet there is NO board indicating where "Customer parking" is situated. Note - I did not park in an area that blocked the entrance, also there is no parking available outside of dealership as there is a main road. I was so put off by his rude nature, I simply walked back to my car and left. - I'd be very careful to buy from a dealer like this - imagine his attitude if one had to buy a car from him and need to take the vehicle back due to a problem. Shockingly rude for someone who proudly announced he is the owner. There's many many more dealerships to consider giving business to over these clowns.
