Exceptional Support and a Successful Outcome

I would like to share my experience with Zero Debt, especially the assistance I received from Anthea Fernandes.

When I first approached them, I was honestly very frustrated. However, Anthea handled my situation with patience and professionalism from the very beginning, and Chris also calmly addressed me and helped ease the situation.

Anthea guided me step by step through the entire process and consistently kept me informed. There were delays in obtaining a prescription letter from certain companies and it took over four months to resolve. Throughout this time, she continued to follow up and advocate on my behalf, ensuring that the matter was not overlooked.

I have since settled all the required debts with my creditors, and I’m pleased to say that my name is now clear.
