MAJOR SCAM - BAD BUSINESS ETHICS

BIG SCAM !!!. our receptionist was called with a promotional offer- a free toner cartridge for us to try. She was told that they were the manufacturers, and when she is called by the supplier not to worry about the cost. She was told that the suppliers did not know about the free offer. Two cartridges were delivered with an invoice for R3447.70. We asked to return them and they said there is a collection fee. Calls were diverted thrice back to them where i told them i am paying for no order when they spoke, i said i am just confirming address & that was what the telesales guy said, just confirm your address because the survey was already done. They threaten with legal action by providing cut off communication and the other calls are never played where you confirm you are not paying a ridiculous amount for toners. Toners that don't even cost that amount for an original.
