Zingpay scam

I made deposit to binary.com through zingpay with was supposed to reflect immediately of which it hasn't,I have sent them many e mails and not even one respond only binary responded that they have forwarded them my proof of payment and waiting for their response.i tried calling the number on their website and its not working,to me they're complete doggy and scams.its impossible getting hold of them.people should stay away from using they're service for international payment.
