Refusing to cancel my laybye

I lay bye a playsuit on the 11 of November 2019 and i came back on the 14 of November to cancel a lay bye because i was nolonger interested in the item anymore but the lady gave me such bad attitude she was shouting at me as if i work there all i wanted was her to call someone on my behalf as i didn't have airtime. I felt like i was forced to take something that i dont want anymore
