Terrible Wigs and Service
I am extremely disappointed with Zoey Wigs and their terrible service. I placed an order for a 3 wig combo special on the 12th of August 2023,I made numerous inquiries regarding delivery after months absolute silence from her. She made various excuses, from her shipment getting lost at sea from China to having a massive backlog. I eventually received my order on the 19th of April 2024, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The wigs were all obviously synthetic and brown in colour, whereas those depicted in the promo pictures were all black with lace closures, one could tell that they were a blend. The ones I received were purely plastic with unnatural looking closures. I conveyed my displeasure to Zoey on WhatsApp ,however she blue ticked me. I will never order hair online ever again!

Affordable
After a 7 weeks I finally got my hair. They have very affordable hair that is easy to resell. Communication is terrible but I am very happy with my hair. I will definitely shop again for the affordability. It put me at ease to know that they have a store in Pretoria. I would have thought it was **** because of the waiting period.

Affordable

Better than I expected
Love the hair, quality is good. It is better than I expected given the prices . I will shop here again.

Very affordable and she is honest about texture
I ordered and got my hair within a few days, I opted for priority delivery. I had to pay extra R100 for delivery to be quicker of which was not much of an bummer because there hair is so cheap, and I’m happy with my purchase. The wigs are very very affordable and good quality. It’s not Brazilian and I like that she is honest about the texture. I will definitely order again soon

Affordable and very nice
After reading the reviews here I was hoping for the worst given that I ordered before seeing these reviews. I lost sleep for a week thinking I got ****med too. I am glad to say that the hair was very affordable and the quality is great. I think they must just be honest about the delays in delivery. Thank you I love my hair

Hello ! They take forever to deliver ! when advertising they say it's 5 - 7 weeks. My order took 4 Months. Whenever i follow up she says next week, Next week & Next week. It took 4 months for her to deliver. At some point Zoey told me that my money is nothing to her and should not bother her about my small change ! She can be so rude & Honestly, quality of the hair is not that great... I will Never Ever Again....Not even to recommend anyone. Bad Service
