We moved over to zonewatch because the whole neighborhood moved over as a neighborhood watch group . I moved both my houses over to them and they installed one of their cameras on my property to monitor the road. We were told we would get access and was giving access to the particular camera that's on one's property. The one house Is a corner plot and when the alarm goes off I get get told they've inspected both sides but clearly they haven't as I'm watching them . I phone them patrol guy comes out again... My camera was down for a while and took forever to rectify but was sorted . I've recently upgraded my internet and the camera has gone offline , I've contacted them no one comes out , I've contacted local nhw to get hold of the manager (that doesn't answer my call ) and get given a repair date . Well almost 5 months later still no camera and cleary the 24 hour monitoring is a lie .... you've had a black screen for 5 months . Thank you for monitoring nothing and taking my monthly payment of both my property's

I need to bring the following to your attention. I have been treated unfairly by Mr. Leonard de Tyger, manager Zonewatch TygerWaterfront and body corporate of Cornerstone/Tygerfalls. He was on top gossiping to my employees regarding myself with-out evidence. I find that unacceptable

I just want to thanks Jaco Boonzaaier and marchell april for a remarkable experience this morning. I was stranded next to the road with my car and with in seconds they were there to assist, thank you guys for keeping us safe, I would recommend you guys to anyone, Jaco and Marchell definitely needs a raise Once again epic service.

My alarm sensor went off in my roof this morning at 12.30. Zonewatch set it up so it cannot be bypassed at my house. I phoned the switchboard before 8 and left a message for Technical stating that it was urgent - they did not phone back. I phoned the Technical department at 0803. Left a message, They didnt phone back so I phoned again at 0818. Spoke to someone who was incredibly unhelpful. I need a technician to come out today to sort this problem out in case the sensor goes off again. My next door neighbour has a baby, the alarm is very loud (houses are joined by the garage). The lady in the Technical department said "fully booked today, sorry can only come tomorrow" I explained the situation AGAIN that it was urgent and that I was not available tomorrow. Extremely unhelpful and uninterested. This is not the first time I have had a problem with Zonewatch Technical department. They are totally uninterested and very unhelpful

Absolutely shocking, never use as a security company- rotten to the core amd this all stems from poor managers in all departments I have dealt with- Admin, Sales and Technical department. The one person- Ginieal(Sales Consultant) was the only honest person, however when he left(hopefully to a better company) the true rotten core came out. Waited 6 weeks for his replacement to return my call and messages without response. After calling once I had an incident at the house he made all types of excuses and taking no responsibility for his repeated poor service. Despite paying the required quote that Ginieal provided the Technical team has not lived up to the quote and its been another one way street, repeated emails without response. Please stay clear of them, their rates are not bad compared to competitors but for a hundred or 2 more a month you get 10 times better service from the others. Never do business with them, Managers are there to try and sweet talk you but no action!!!

Zonewatch insists that you pay UPFRONT even though you have paid fully for the whole year!! I paid on 14 March 2023 for a beam replacement and still they have not fixed my beams even though they have been to my house about 3 times. They tested the beams before they left but sadly and I say very sadly when they left, that night when i activated them they did not work and still do not. Now you need to believe this is a SECURITY COMPANY!! so you are let with no security - do you think this is correct and should we pay UPFRONT when the service is not worthy -- think about this before you pay upfront again. Really bad bad service. And do not pay UPFRONT before your service works, OK pay a deposit sure, but not the full amount. For them this is bad business practise

I have had endless problems with this company. I have it all documented so there can be no mistake. They give you an invoice and you are expected TO PAY IN ADVANCE BEFORE ANYTHING WILL BE DONE AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN BOOK YOU A CALL!! come on, on even the contractors dont do that, they ask for a percentage and when that percentage is used up (follow by a checkable invoice) then you pay the next installment, but not ZONEWATCH - they want the whole lot up front!! not great especially if you have no come back if the work is not satisfactory!!. Also, on their invoice they do not state the account holder, it used to be Blatherwick t/a...., then it was Pinewatch, then it was Zonewatch, now, apparently its Zonewatch Public Safety. BUT THIS IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE BANKING DETAILS ON THE INVOICE IN THE DEDICATED BOX, so who knows, could be anyone!! Not impressed with this service. I have been with Blatherwick/Pinewatch/Zonewatch/Zonewatch Public Safety since 2000 - have always paid my dues on time but now they expect me to pay UPFRONT for a service that I don't know will work!!! come on.... who does that.
