I had my wire replaced yesterday at my premises and still Home-Connect says the logged a ticket again with Zoom Fibre . I have had no joy 2 months going on three without service and been sent from pillar to post. Nightmare I am having to hotspot every time and I am spending a lot of money on data just yesterday I purchased again 20 gig and Wednesday was 7.5 gig and I am left clueless as to what is happening here
