On Monday 2026-03-16 at 19:00, my Zoomflex router lost internet connection, on Tuesday 2026-03-17 at 08:30 I logged a complaint about the internet connection, I received a message from Zoomflex "A support ticket has been logged (Ref: ZF000EFJH). Our team will contact you within our 2–4 day SLA to assist with resolving the issue."I'm currently working at home and I watch television through streaming, it's not guaranteed that they will come on the stipulated time, I'm not happy with their service, I can't wait for so many days for the problem to be fixed.

I am very disappointed and disgusted by zoom fibre your service is very bad you take advantage because Orange farm is a poor community. ****ming us our money always after paying the is no internet and when we report we don't get any assistance but same thing that you don't know when will your team arrive for maintenance. If you don't know the who should know. You are doing this because it's black people who use your services if it's was a white community the services was gonna be good maintenance would come within 24 hours not this bull**** you are telling us

It is bad it's been 7 days without attending to my matter they said they take 2-4 days for their maintenance team to fix the matter it has passed and they are not reliable they can open WhatsApp chat and answer you 10 minutes towards knockoff time.. I'm very disappointed yet I pay on time

Zoom Flex has the worst customer service. I have had no network since Monday, and a call was logged, and they say they can't advise a turnaround time. (Which is weird). Today is Friday and there is still no communication or anything from them. I have lost 5 days of internet.

My name is Gift Nkosi. I want to voice out my frustration against the worst Wifi company in South Africa, called ZoomFlex. I've been complaining to them since late 2024 about short range internet connection, which only starts and ends in my sitting room. I've logged thousand calls with theirs support but up to now nothing is happening. Their service is so pathetic! These are my references: ZF000E1QH and ZF000DQ2Q
