Never again

Was told to buy a brasil cacau product- The primer. After buying and using as described on the bottle(after washing amd before drying) it worked great... BUT then i tried colouring my hair at a salon and my hair came out orange which never happened. According to Zoosk the primer was used incorrectly, but it was used as told to. Now im sitting with orange, yellow hair as the primer made a layer on the hair. Will never buy from them again as they do not give the correct info.
