I ordered 6 pairs of their traditional shoes that they are selling last year it was a hustle to get them till I called and called and I received then
I ordered 6 pairs of their traditional shoes that they are selling last year it was a hustle to get them till I called and called and I received then. This year on the 12th of January I ordered 2 pairs its still a hustle till today, when I called them they don’t answer when they answer they say my line is bad as if they don’t hear me. I even suggested that they can refund me if it’s difficult to finish my pairs till today I did not receive my order

WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I've never met a business so poorly run and *************!!! We ordered shoes from her in March because we were going to a wedding and my partner was part of the bridal party. The wedding has come and gone and I'm still waiting for our shoes!!! We requested our money back because the wedding was over and I was told there was no money in the account and they couldn't refund me. What's worse is that their website only works when you are ordering, when you have to get back online to get an email address, it's not working. Now you need to WhatsApp, and it takes the team 5 plus days to respond! You people give black-owned businesses a bad name!!! Don't buy online, because you'll probably see the money or the product years later!!!

I bought a pair of shoes on the 22 March 2024 and on the online website its written delivery is 2-5 working days. Its almost two months and my shoes have not been delivered. I called to enquire, and I was told there was an issue with material and they have had a back log. I am told the same reason every time I call. I have received bad/**** service from Zulu Swag where paid for shoes and never received it.

A 1 star rating is being nice!!!! We got shoes because my partner was a groomsman. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We ordered the shoes 2 months ahead of the wedding... The wedding has come and gone and we are waiting for our money back. They keep saying they don't have funds to pay us back.... I'm sorry but also what does that have to do with me?? Why did you accept the payment when you knew you can't refund people??? I'm all for supporting small businesses but when they start pulling stunts like these, it makes me question why?? You are making the rest of us doubt other good businesses that deserve our support. You guys should be ashamed!!!!!

what msunery is this ? l came across Zulu swag on Instagram in August 2023, l immediate purchased a pair for a my partner (l was advised delivery time was 15 days, since the sandals were supposed to be hand made), deliver time passed, l started following up with my order, but all l got was apologies & excuses, until l started to request a full refund since no delivery was made, sometime in October, l received the order. l was surprised, no communication or whatever. In Dec/Jan, l order 2 pairs ( paid in full, including the delivery amount). 4 months later lutho, njalo when you contact them ( kuthiwa, Good Day...your sandals are being processed) 4 months later the sandals are being processed. kahleni bo kudlalwa ngathi Lana. l have been asking for feedback, but feedback hasn't been forthcoming I have asked for a full refund, still no refund l guess this is the experience of supporting black owned that we receive as black people. if you are thinking of buying from these guys, ngicela ucabange kabili Ngoba there is a huge possibilities that you will part ways with your hard money & no service/delivery. Nonsense They are very unprofessional and they do not deliver anything I made a purchase in the 16th of January 2024 and I have not received them today marks April. These people are crocks nje because when I want my refund they say that they do not have refund money imagine Do not waste your money

Poor service delivery
I ordered sandals to attend a wedding in December, sandals were ordered in November even today im stll waiting for delivery, paid for the services and courier in full but i keep on being told I'll get my shoes before end of the week, no communication or rny feedback from them i always have to be the one who call them, not happy with the sevice at all
