Worst,Bad Customer service

This doesn't even deserve 1 star,It deserves 0 stars.The worst customer services I have received from them.You call they don't answer,You text on whatsapp you get blue tick.This lady has been promising me that she will courier on Tuesday which is 6 December today is 10 December no updated no nothing whatsoever.I just want my refund.And I did notify her that I want my pjamas before 14 December. I TOLD HER TO REFUND ME my money whatsoever no respond.Am frustrated and disappointed by them because this is not the first time ordering from them.At first my order was So fast and was impressed.Am disappointed really and will never recommend them again.This Order is for a friend and now this can ruin friendship cos my friend trusted me with this order.Yoooo ai
