Super horrific experience and bad manager
What a bad experience this was... Paid over R700 for a clean and had to go home to clean the small bits and return the next day to prove to them that the marks can be cleaned off... The manager told me "We don't make cars new again"..."What if we damage it? Then you will have us fix it" Well in that case why do you even want to touch any car - just in case you damage it. And many more issues not to mention the manager's attitude... I mailed the franchise, and the owner was notified - never replied to my mail included with before and after pictures. Gave her (Princess) more than enough time to reply. Will not be returning to this franchise

Will never go back
I've been a loyal customer since the beginning and never have I been treated like **** at a car wash like at 082carwash flora today. I got there and the manager(worst manager I've ever met in my life) gave me a ticket and said I can go after the one car as the car pooled out and I pooled in the one guy shouted at me and said I have to wait in line but I was the only guy there waiting 20 min in my car because the manager said I can go after that car with out my knowing g there was 2 cars in the parking next to your car wash that y needed to be washed sh first and when I asked the manager he said he was doing me a favor that I didn't ask for and got rude with me when I wasn't happy so thanks guys you just lost a big client today I'll make sure this gets out to everyone.
