A few months after the previous owner of our new home had a gas COC done by Gas4U I experienced a leak on a valve and took a chance to contact them. With no questions asked they wanted to know when I was available and came out to swop the part for free. The service was super, fast, and professional. What a bad experience this was... Paid over R700 for a clean and had to go home to clean the small bits and return the next day to prove to them that the marks can be cleaned off... The manager told me "We don't make cars new again"..."What if we damage it? Then you will have us fix it" Well in that case why do you even want to touch any car - just in case you damage it. And many more issues not to mention the manager's attitude... I mailed the franchise, and the owner was notified - never replied to my mail included with before and after pictures. Gave her (Princess) more than enough time to reply. Will not be returning to this franchise
Less than one star... Cancelled contract and got double billed after contract was closed. All calls logged have just been closed and not able to speak to anyone that can help to give a reason. Contracts department is useless. Wasting more than 2 hours over two days trying to speak to anyone - Automated replies and menus are a joke.
The excellent and efficient service received from Ashnie Naidoo was brilliant. Going beyond expectations, with receiving feedback from her even after hours. The feedback asked for was quick and accurate and the help to what would be required next was also great. Thank you Ashnie for your dedication and help.
Receiving updates and feedback from Memory Oosthuizen has been amazing. What a wonderful experience it has been with your help in the final stages of clearance. The entire process from the start has been more than acceptable over the past 4 years and some months, and call Debt Rescue has never been an issue - everyone has always been friendly and eager to help. People need to realize they still need to manage their own debtors and follow up and make sure things are as they should be (take responsibility) as well as read the fine print and not complain after the fact, they are only here to help you get out of a potentially tough situation.
