What started with a professional installation ended with Izak screaming at me that there was nothing wrong with his geyser, walking off site without attending to the problem, blocking me on all portals. Highly unprofessional and rude. Do not use Gas 4 U if you have an opinion, are an independent woman, or expect after sales service. Another supplier had to attend to the repair.

Worse service Ever!!!
Worst experience ever from the lady who picks up your phones, called on the 9th and 14th for assistance, I keep being told will call you back. On my 5th try to get assistance on the 14th of March I am completely told to go try elsewhere for help..what sort of enterprise you running, your Receptionist just lost you guys 3 house hold that needed help. And we will spread the word

Worse service Ever!!!
Worst experience ever from the lady who picks up your phones, called on the 9th and 14th for assistance, I keep being told will call you back. On my 5th try to get assistance on the 14th of March I am completely told to go try elsewhere for help..what sort of enterprise you running, your Receptionist just lost you guys 3 house hold that needed help. Gas4U is fantastic
A few months after the previous owner of our new home had a gas COC done by Gas4U I experienced a leak on a valve and took a chance to contact them. With no questions asked they wanted to know when I was available and came out to swop the part for free. The service was super, fast, and professional. Gas4U is fantastic

Gas Compliance Certificate - Use Gas 4 U
Needed a Gas Compliance Certificate when I sold my home. They were efficient, on time and completed the job in the stated time frame. Cost was reasonable and their staff were very friendly with great communication

Shocking customer service / non-delivery as promised
Had an arrangement for Izak (owner of Gas4U) to visit the property to complete a COC - he didn't pitch saying 'he forgot'. When I enquired what happened I got the rudest message saying find someone else. SHOCKING!
