Edgars does not close accounts - keeps charging
What must you do to close your account ? I have twice been in-store to pay my account in full - not for clothing - but to settle the daft fees for their alleged club and other benefits. On both occasions the lady at the till point assured me that all was done and that it would take 48 hours for the process to complete. Yet, at month end they continue to bill for a non-existent membership and then report me to the credit bureaux for not paying the fraudulently charged fees. What must one do to get these poor desperate thieves out of your life.
