Worst place to bring your car , Sandra made my life a complete hell , from the dishonesty to the tone and the unprofessionalism she gave out. Imagine being told 3 consecutive days your car is "ready your car is ready" and all you get is "sorry sir sorry sir" No care in the world, if you want strees please do use them to make it worse ask for Sandra

This has to be the WORST experience i have received in my life time, I was dealing with an *********** lady by the name SANDRA. No communication, barley no follow up! kept on being told by Sandra 3 days in a row that your car will be ready. No basic customer service skill all i got from her was "sorry sir, sorry sir" with no solution. IF YOU WANT STRESS, POOR COMMUNICATION please use this establishment and ask for Sandra to make things worse!!!
Still waiting on my Hisense fridge I ordered at eastgate hi fi corporation, it's been 10 days Still waiting on the order no no picks up my call, like where is the level of proper service.
It's been 9 days waiting for a fridge that I was promises delivery would take 3 days . There's no communication ( Eastgate brunch) now I am being told if I want to pick it up, I can go there, yet I was told before I couldn't pick it up my self ,Really, like Worst of the worst customer service......a huge total regret.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!, WORSE COMMUNICATION,, manager drops off what i had ordered at my drive way and hands the invoice to my neighbor to sign (WHAT TYPE OD SERVICE IS THAT) , then she takes off as if my neighbor is the client, I have pictures to prove, WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM BOKSBURG
