Horrible Service Ever
Bad service ever. I was told to collect my car on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday at 13:30. When I arrived, the car was still not ready and staff were still working on it. I waited until 14:35, but the car was not fixed. No quality check was done, the car was dirty, and some accessories were still not fitted. On Monday I got a message saying the car was still in “final inspection,” though I had already collected it. Very disappointing and frustrating.

WORST SERVICE! EVER!!!
Worst place to bring your car , Sandra made my life a complete hell , from the dishonesty to the tone and the unprofessionalism she gave out. Imagine being told 3 consecutive days your car is "ready your car is ready" No care in the world, if you want strees please do use them to make it worse ask for Sandra

I picked up my car from Proline Express Sandton and noticed that the side mirror wasn’t replaced as specified
I picked up my car from Proline Express Sandton and noticed that the side mirror wasn’t replaced as specified. Instead, the Pratley putty that I used to fix it temporarily to travel over the December holidays was simply removed with visible signs where this was done. Since then I couldn’t get a clear answer to simple questions such as why it wasn’t replaced, was the part ordered and is it still in the shop, etc. Sharon followed up twice but I’m still to get a clear answer on what the next steps are. Disappointed.
