Horrible Service Ever

Bad service ever. I was told to collect my car on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday at 13:30. When I arrived, the car was still not ready and staff were still working on it. I waited until 14:35, but the car was not fixed. No quality check was done, the car was dirty, and some accessories were still not fitted. On Monday I got a message saying the car was still in “final inspection,” though I had already collected it. Very disappointing and frustrating.
