Good product but customer service wait times need improvement
I recently took out a car insurance policy with MiWay Insurance after comparing several providers. The online quote process was straightforward and I was able to get a competitive premium within minutes. The website is user-friendly and makes it easy to understand the different coverage options available. However, when I needed to make a change to my policy details, the call centre wait times were longer than expected. It took about twenty minutes before I could speak to a consultant. Once I did get through, the agent was helpful and resolved my query, but the waiting experience could be improved. Overall, MiWay offers a decent insurance product at a reasonable price point. The digital experience is good but their customer service response times need some work. I would recommend them for people who prefer managing their insurance online and do not need frequent phone support.
