Fabulous service
Great service from customer service and delivery team. Jadene Packrisamy always responded to my questions regarding delivery updates as my sofabed was on back order. The delivery team were polite and friendly and set up the sofabed in lightning speed.

Fabulous day clinic for medical procedures.
Fabulous service from arriving to being discharged. Helpful and friendly nursing staff and great communication all round. The room and bed allocated to me was tastefully decorated and the hospital bed super comfortable with immaculate bedding. Highly recommend

Shocking Service
Purchased a new Jimny 5 door in May 2024. Following an accident at the beginning of October 2024 the panel beater is still waiting for the original Suzuki parts to carry out the repairs. Approaching the Festive Season holidays when the panel beaters will be closed, I will possibly only receive my car back at the end of January (maybe even February) - 4 months without a car. Shocking after-sales service with no parts readily available for a brand-new car and no-offer of a courtesy car. I am very disappointed and angry with Suzuki to be left in the lurch. I have communicated with their customer care department and whilst they have chased up the whereabouts of the parts that was all. No concern about me being without a car and living in a semi-rural area.

From booking via whatsapp, paying and great communication the process was effortless. My son was collected from King Shaka Airport and dropped at the agreed location with professionalism and right on time.
