Poorest service ever. I ordered spare parts back in October, and it's been going on two months now. The frustration is that I have to constantly check for feedback. At this point, I want to cancel this whole order.

Kic Fridges are the worst, I bought the fridge two months ago the fridge doesn't work on the it's as hot as the as the sun.the bottom is working properly. I reported it but apparently I'm lying. I am supposed to pay something that is practically useless to food get rooten in literally 3 days. You guys manufacture appliances that are faulty and claim they are working. This is daylight *******. I will not let this go until this issue is resolved as long I am paying for that fridge. Choosing your product was the worst decision I've made in my life and will never advise anyone to purchase any of your products

Kic Fridges are the worst, I bought the fridge two months ago the fridge doesn't work on the it's as hot as the as the sun.the bottom is working properly. I reported it but apparently I'm lying. Bought a KIC Fridge when it was delivered it had a shelf missing, when i called them i was told that i was supposed to report it within 48hours. i had to go pick up the Fridge after 48hrs from the Warehouse coz they never keep stock in the shop. When i reported my issue i thought they were going to respond with "its fine go pick up the missing item from the shop" but instead they made a big deal out out it. I was told that i have to purchase the missing item and pay delievery fees.

I have recently required the services on our dishwasher which was not completing the cycles. I was referred to Shelly appliances who sent out the technician to assess the machine. He came on the 26th May. No quotation was given, no phone call all he did was change the PC board w ithout authorization from us. The following day he called and said he needed the invoice paid. R4520 was paid immediately as he said he needed to get parts they qould not release. Pop attached No parts were left at the house ! 2 days later the machine started doing the same thing. I called the call centre who contacted the technician, he came back the following day.. he then tested everything again, no error codes came up. Eventually he "changed the PC board " again, all of a sudden he left the "old" one which was supposedly new. You can see it's not new. This was done past Tuesday, and today Saturday it's not completing again. I would like a full refund of this payment. We will purchase a new machine. Which we would of made that decision had we been quoted initially. Please revert asap to get this matter resolved. ONCE AGAIN ….I WOULD LIKE EDGAR TO READ THIS BUT HE SEEMS TO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER AFTERCARE SERVICE OR ANY CUSTOMER CARE. As you can read the entire email chain, we were never quoted by your technician Moses Zulu, who just changed my PC board with no authority from us. We were then bul**** into paying the invoice without even having a chance to see whether the machine was in working order. Read from the start, the dates and explanation is all there. Moses then came to re check the machine and changed the board once again! There has never been an error code or fault shown, the machine intermittently stops in cycle. After telling us on the phone (calls recorded) and on email that if the second technician could find no fault with the PC board you would refund us! Today I get this mail that no refund will be processed. Your level of service and customer communication is shocking!

What a HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I am so livid! We bought a fridge in November 2024, in March 2025 we discovered that the rubber seal is loose and so we called KIC to come and have a look since we were still within warranty. They came quick, and so we thought ah! They must really care about their customers. Boy! Were we wrong! We are now in JUNE, and our fridge still has not been repaired, I have called several times, and all I keep getting told is that “the fridge doors are on the way”.. I keep getting sms’ that the job has been completed, which is confusing because NOBODY CAME BACK SINCE THE DAY THEY CAME TO CHECK THE FRIDGE! .. I am so angry, what ****es me off the most is that, they are now ignoring my emails! Recently, they sent an email telling me that I will be credited, and that was it, nobody bothered to call me to explain what the hell is going on? Ohh my goodness, my blood is boiling! KIC, is the worst!
