MTN Lack of Leadership for customer convenience
Writing these reviews means nothing to MTN as they don't care about customers opinions. Enjoy the ride MTN leadership, it won't be much longer. I took out a MTN free router contract in Port Elizabeth Walmer Park, I explained this router is not for my home location. The lady responded no issue as long as when you cancel the router comes back to that branch. I couriered the router back to Port Elizabeth for a family member to return this router to close the contract. Only to be told I must personally return the router to any MTN store in SA, ok well that means I must courier this unit again to my home base and then return the router. MTN you clearly try to sell this as risk prevention, I personally believe you just have no ability to think outside of the box. It is time you people start thinking at leadership in MTN!! My last MTN contract is nearly done, I can't wait!

Pathetic Service From AF!!
Based on the amount of 1 ratings you would seriously think AF would make an effort to fix their future business, but I guess much like many other companies in SA the leadership have forgotten what customer service is. Alex Forbes should do SA a favour and just sell to Alan Gray or fire the current leadership. 86% of your customer reviews on this platform rated you a 1, if we could we would give you zero. You have delayed me been able to submit my tax return for months due to your incompetence, I left my ex company in December 2024. I will make sure I never work with AF again.

Pathetic After Sales Services for Parts
Pathetic service is an understatement, if your KIC or Whirlpool break rather buy another appliance make as there is no after sales service from Kic South Africa.

SARS Tax Code 3614
I am giving Alex Forbes a one-star rating because a zero-star option is not available. If you join a company and find out that Alex Forbes manages the pension fund, I suggest asking if there are other options. Alex Forbes has shown a lack of competence in financial services. I have been waiting for months to submit my tax return due to a 3614 error by Alex Forbes. The public comments on Hello Peter would surely raise a concern to AF management that they have a reputation risk and start talking to clients, but the *********** leaders at AF continue to earn their salaries without addressing the concerns of the soon to be ex customers. I can't wait to be rid of Alex Forbes so my funds can be invested with a professional company.
