I submitted a claim on an unclaimed benefit on the 23th March 2026 and my entire experience was a delayed in response. On the 7th April I received an email from Samantha Styles it will be finalized within 6-8 weeks and when I followed up on Monday the 25th of May I received an email today from Lungelo Louw that there is no set time to finalized the claim. This is a meager amount to pay out and I don't understand why it has to take months to pay out. The response time of your consultants are poor and your payout time is ridiculous. I would never invest in a company like Alexforbes with delayed response time and payout

On Thursday, 21 May I received a call from a consultant who said she was calling on behalf of Matrix Vehicle Tracker. That she was updating my details on behalf of Matrix Vehicle Tracker and Beame. The following morning I received about 8 emails "Thank you for signing up for FireStop","Welcome Pack for MyPanic (a28Sl000006kKJdIAM) - Account Number : 10185813" I did not sign up for it and I want it to be stopped, the consultant **** to me and misrepresented the company. I send an e-mail and I have never received any response.

My husband passed last year December, he contributed to provident fund and death claim All required documentation has been sent to the claims department 65 pages via Postnet and then some. After many emails it has been established that all has been received including GLA beginning March 2026 and all will be submitted to the trustees end of April more than a month from our correspondence. When I enquired beginning May via email I was told they were to busy to submit....can you believe this nonsense....I received a mail saying it will take 10 to 14 days to receive word from the trustees .it is 14 days today I have sent reminders and another mail this morning they don't even bother getting back to me. I can not believe that the level of standard at Alexander Forbes has dropped so badly
