After forwarding a complaint nothing absolutely no acknowledgement, and any other communication regarding the cancellation of a policy that was not processed as I requested
Poorest service ever. I ordered spare parts back in October, and it's been going on two months now. The frustration is that I have to constantly check for feedback. At this point, I want to cancel this whole order.
I am not happy with this institution. I am constantly left having to come here to complain and cancel policies because their officials act immorally and out of greed rather than in a client's best interest. If I had doubts before, now I am completely sure I want nothing to do with Sanlam ever again in my life ****** with cracks
************ and underhanded Non- Ethical firm trying to inflate the debt that they bought for R65 000.00 and wanting to make 3 times the amount of me. How are these guys operating? What they are doing to consumers cannot be legal and needs to be looked into
No help whatsoever just keep deducting money and have no answers when you call them. I am paying for absolutely nothing because they will only help after i have paid off my debt which is what i am managing to do by myself after all this is a very oversold service that is not efficient cancell and give my money back
Making me jump through hoops to provide proof of premiums collected via stop order when my persal prinout clearly shows this.
Cancelled policies and still have not received the refund for the premiums collected via stop order up to now
