I requested them to cancel my policy (Policy No ME000065792] of which they did. But now when they to pay my refunds & im being taken from pillar to post. I was told they sent my things to their trade department last week & I should wait for 4-5 days & I waited but still no refund. Then I call again today they tell me that they submitted my things to their trade department yesterday so I have to wait another 4-5 this means my documents where not submitted last week before they can refund me. For them to send that documents to their trade department is because of the email I sent to them requesting for a feedback of which they didn’t even respond to. Please before you decide to join this company read all the bad reviews about them or else you will cry a river. They are very ***********. And I’m very much disappointed in them. I will be reporting this whole saga to the ombudsman.

Not satisfied to wait for weeks just to get a detailed statement Going rounds and rounds with endless explanations Funds not accumulated on investment account This shows they aren’t ready to handle investments ,how do you expect customers to track savings goal ? Not happy

Hellopeter, can you kindly help me again to get my refund again, metropolitan has deducted money again on my payslip after I canceled the policy. This is so frustrating because I canceled the policy in January but they still deducting. My policy number is ME000199231 n ME000199232, can I get a refund and most important they must stop deducting I asked them to stop since the 11 January 2026.

In February I wrote the below email requesting assistance. On the 10th of February I received an SMS indicating that Angelie Mohawule has been allocated and enquiry and I will get a call. To my surprise no one has called me, and for the month of March R403.34 is going to be deducted from my payslip as I have already received my payslip. Am I going to get the refunds for all this debits? Because I will appreciate if the difference from last year can be refunded as I did indicate that I do not want an annual increase.
