Bad service
I have been calling for my refund since last week Monday & I keep on getting an answer that it will be escalated then someone will call me but no one calls back.I WANT MY MONEY .Also you must take your call center guys for training they do not have empathy for customers on a daily basis when I call the line gets dropped I must call back again. I want my money back.
