I have to agree with the bellow reviews. I have always gone for the "big Boys" out there for internet. since i moved to Strand i thought i will support local due to Covid. What a surprise i got. I can not be more happier with local. everything just works. no stupid call centers or tickets. i will forever support local and these guys if they can keep up the good work sofar.

I firmly believe in local support. This really did change my attitude towards supporting your local business. These guys got me set up and connected same date with my FTTH when Frogfoot did their install. I can not recommend these guys more.

I asked a computer technician for a referral to a reliable internet service provider and he recommended V-net in the Heldeberg. I signed up with them a week ago and my install is today. I had issues with the contractor assigned by Frogfoot and this was resolved within half an hour by V-net, who are on the ball and their service is excellent. That is what you are signing up for. Their business ethic. Their product is offered at a competitive rate. I am their new cheerleader!

If I could give them 0, I would. This company is busy committing fraud. I told them to cancell my application after they told me there would not be any extra cost to install my fibre into my house...what a surpriseI got!! I then cancelled my application before installation was done..and what do the do after I directly told them I do not want to proceed with them , they registered a line on my name with them as providers WITH VOX!!. WATCH OUT FOR V- NET GUYS!!!!!
