Rain, please stop telling us our account is in arrears. Please check your books for the 2nd June - you will see we made a payment of R619, in other words we settled the account. However, a week or two before that we agreed to your new 'promise to pay' option but as mentioned, we then paid a full R619, even though we have made some installments on the 'promise to pay' option. After the R619.00 payment you have continued to deduct from my account, WEEKLY! Please get your story straight with our account. We do not even have access to our invoices on the system!! Account number: rain/1196440069355
Rain! Stop trying to deduct money from my account for days on end. My account is UP TO DATE. You are incurring unnecessary bank costs on my bank account. We even had a telephonic discussion and you are still messing up. Please get your story right and get your act together. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Your system is *******! Please fix this or you are going to lose a customer and I will discourage all potential customers. If you can't do your job, give it to unemployed people who can actually do the work.
I've just come from Pelenomi Hospital. What a disaster. The clerk was the best but the Doctor was so full of herself. Treating me as if I do not know my own symptoms. Doctors please, you are not better than us, you are there to help us and actually examine us. Yes, I know that South Africa's Health Department is messed up but Doctors, you are the face of the Department so please show up for your patients and at least put on an act of kindness and sincerity for your patients, even if you don't mean it - just act the part. This visit was such a waste of my time. I went with the complaint of chest pain and heaviness and Blood pressure issues. Although my vitals turned out to be fine, I am still feeling sick. What happened to physical examination or tests? I quote the Dr - "there is nothing I can do for you right now", you will have to go to your clinic in the morning and see that Doctor". Wow, it must be nice to be in the position of turning patients away. If it were me, I would not be able to sleep at night - I would worry - what if that patient really needed me to go the extra mile? Please self-assess and ask yourself if that is the way you would want to be treated when it comes to your health. Wees net menslik asseblief!
I bought baking/cooking chocolate from i-Party in Westdene, Bloemfontein. It melted perfectly but when it stabilized again it was grainy and had a candle wax texture and even tasted that way too. It was really unpleasant in the mouth. I have been baking for many years and I know how to work with chocolate. This was such a disappointment as I was really looking forward to using their products for my latest and newest deserts. Please i-Party, the quality of your chocolate is not up to standard. Even if it means you would need to charge more, rather sell a decent chocolate to the public...a better quality of chocolate PLEASE. I can guarantee you, your customers will choose quality over quantity. Thank you.
This is more of a call for help. My son is in Grade 10 attending Teneo Online School. I am so grateful for his progress and for the assistance from Teneo team but unfortunately our financial status has changed overnight. There have been unexpected disappointments that are beyond our control. As a result our son is suffering because his account has been blocked since schools reopened. I tried to ask for an extension or at least offered a payment plan but the response came back that no payment plan can be accepted at this stage. Teneo is a very good school and I will recommend them to anyone who has been thinking of homeschooling for their children, but beware, they do not have any room for financially pressed situations. If there is anyone out there who is willing and able to sponsor my son, I will be grateful. This is very worrying. He is a good student and he has big educational dreams since he has been doing subjects like pure Maths and Physics. Please help, my email address is megsmueller75@gmail.com. Thank you.
Firstly, my rating is zero stars. Secondly my son is registered for grade 10 this year and he has not started any work. There is nothing in his calendar, just the stupid Induction over and over. My son is being sponsored and I assured the person that this is a good investment. How embarrassing. How embarrassing! Is there even a teacher or a parent or a learner who can come forward and speak please. Please speak to the new parents, we need your advice and the TRUTH!
Rain networking service, why do you use CCD Couriers to deliver your orders? IT IS BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Please do something. I can't keep on being redirected when I'm on MY RAIN site to CCD to track my parcel and then THAT does not even work!! This is ridiculously wrong. This is bad customer service. I ORDERED the router on the 4th October. To date, nothing has been delivered. I'm at my second appointment already with CCD and nothing. In fact the reference number they gave me, does not even work when I try to track my parcel. I am DISGUSTED. WHERE IS MY PARCEL!
Track and Trace does not even work. Bad customer service. You make an appointment for delivery, and they don't deliver. Only to find an email in your inbox after days or you get a call from them eventually telling you the reference number THAT THEY GAVE YOU ON WHATSAPP does not indicate a delivery appointment. You stay at home because of the delivery appointment and they simply don't show up. What is this?
Afrihost offers sponsorships to NGO's. Last year, in about October, I did some research and found the downloadable application but before doing this, I contacted Afrihost to confirm whether they indeed offer assistance, they confirmed. They requested that all I needed to do was to fill in the form and email it to the relevant email address. I did exactly what was asked. When I didn't get a response, I decided to call them again. I spoke to someone (I can't remember the name) in the Sponsorship department,he confirmed receiving my email and he asked me to send additional information. When the NGO was registered, in January, I immediately sent them the proof and alerted them to expect my documents. I made a point of calling them again and then again and I am always directed to email them instead, because then the Sponsorship Division did not have a contact number, this time around. To date I have received no response. I am not doing this to insult Afrihost, but may it be a learning point. I am trying to help vulnerable girls and women in my community. This is an initiative to add quality of life. Irrespective of what the answer may be, I will respect that, but the least I expect is an answer. We have not requested money, we have requested equipment, as per the options on their Sponsorship forms. I even noted to them that second hand equipment will do. Again, Afrihost is a good company and we need them, but please, if you offer a service, just a reply will mean the world. Thank you. Keep on supporting Afrihost!
I bought KFC on either the 17th or 18th December 2021. There was enough money in my account for the purchase. I mean, really, the order would not even go through if there was not enough money in my account to pay for it. Later in the month, I was wondering about the minus on my account and noticed that FNB had only processed the purchase on the 28th December. Unfortunately, on the 28th December, there was insufficient funds in my account and the R350.00 (approx) purchase was not successful which caused a minus on my account. I want this rectified and reversed. This is not my fault. This is not the first time that something like this has happened. Previously, a purchase of over R1000 was processed late, but that matter was sorted out by the Ombudsman. I expect the R350.00 issue to be sorted out immediately please!
