Non Existent Support / Non Existent Service
Numerous support tickets just closed without resolving or responding. Can’t get hold of anyone telephonically. 1-grid has no support and seems to be operated by a bot. Two days and my business still can’t receive emails. No one responds.
I’d be surprised if a 1 star rating would even get their attention. It seems they respond to each complaint with the same line: We’re truly sorry about your ongoing experience, and we understand how frustrating this situation must be.
We have escalated this for further review by a Senior Support Team member. Once they have investigated the details, they will contact you as soon as possible to provide feedback and assist . . . . .
