I was at the hotel last week and ordered from the lady working at the bar, 15 minutes later i did not recieve my order until i went back to the bar to pick it up myself, today again the same happened so when i asked the lady why her service was so slow the attitude she gave me as a customer is uncalled for and extremely rude, she specifically said "so what will do about it" that happened today at about 9:15 to 9:45 , im not sure if its the company's training process to have an attitude towards customers as she is at the front line and is employed as a bar attendant. After i ordered my food it took about 20 to 30 minutes ,eventually she notifies me that its ready,when i asked her why it always takes so long her responce was , "we have tolx you before it takes a while ,im not sure what you want me to do about it" the attitude she gives is a reflection on the company . I am looking forward to getting clarity from 12 Oceans on how to handle such a matter as i am a customer of the establishment and frequently eat and spend time there,today me and my guests left due to her attitude .
