I have never experienced such disrespect for no reason and worst of all he got his money and this review won’t matter but let me anyway, I requested a bolt xl for 6 ppl bit whn 4 of us showed up the driver became so rude, even if im desperate for a ride,‘which I would pay for 🙄’ we had a 11 year old so confused and I request so much for her when I’m out of town 😔
I checked in on the 27th at 3:30, I arrived early had had to wait for my partner so I decided to have a coffee and meal at the restaurant inside the hotel, I was disappointed with the service there, I came in around 2:45pm and asked the lady at the bar if I can wait in the restaurant with my suitcase and get something to eat, she was kind and sweet and said yes, I went back to reception fetched my stuff and sat down,10 Mins later 3 servers where having a conversation completely oblivious of my existence, I stood up and asked the lady behind the bar for a menu,funny enough the chilling servers handed it to her and carried on with there conversation like I was handed a colouring book, I tried standing up, mind u my foot is hurt so I have a limp, then one come and took my order, I ate half the burger I was so over the food and had my coffee, luckily my partner came then so I paid my bill and left, I am so disappointed on the service and I know this complaint won’t make a difference but wow than ppl say SA has no jobs, ppl just don’t respect there jobs in my opinion, as bad as my experience cause I have worked in this space I still tipped her for no reason, well maybe for eventually pitching up lol
I was at the hotel last week and ordered from the lady working at the bar, 15 minutes later i did not recieve my order until i went back to the bar to pick it up myself, today again the same happened so when i asked the lady why her service was so slow the attitude she gave me as a customer is uncalled for and extremely rude, she specifically said "so what will do about it" that happened today at about 9:15 to 9:45 , im not sure if its the company's training process to have an attitude towards customers as she is at the front line and is employed as a bar attendant. After i ordered my food it took about 20 to 30 minutes ,eventually she notifies me that its ready,when i asked her why it always takes so long her responce was , "we have tolx you before it takes a while ,im not sure what you want me to do about it" the attitude she gives is a reflection on the company . I am looking forward to getting clarity from 12 Oceans on how to handle such a matter as i am a customer of the establishment and frequently eat and spend time there,today me and my guests left due to her attitude . I ordered food via the app at 11 today and it was to come at 13:00 from Chris Hani steers , after 14:00 my food had not arrived so I called steers and they told me driver Arakaza phone number ********** 237 took my food just before 13:00 , I called him at first he answered and said by 14:20 he will have delivered , it’s now 15:50 I’m on my way home and he has switched his phone off , steers say he did not come back and return the food , which I assume he ate hence my calls where being dropped than phone switched completely off , I paid R83.90 and got ref #f6914 but no food . I will never use the app and going to tell everyone I know not to as we feeding Uber drivers now . I was told by steers to call ********** 105 to track my order but that number doesn’t exist , I am so annoyed and would like to know what is going to be done coz I can’t be the first person this man took food to and it never came .
