Fourspring - Thieves!!!

I am in the gearbox industry and recently used the 1call.co.za service to try and locate a rare gearbox for an Audi A6 Allroad. I was contacted on the 11th of October by Ernest Meintjes who is the owner of Fourspring in Eastleigh JHB. He requested a few details about the gearbox that I was looking for and assured me that he would be able to supply what I was looking for. A few hours later he had contacted me and confirmed that he had the gearbox that I was looking for, even providing codes that matched what I needed, however he needed payment upfront which I did in good faith. Long story short it has been 3 weeks now and I have not received any gearbox or a refund which I have been requesting for 2 weeks now. In my opinion he is a thief who had no intention of supplying any gearbox and has used my payment to keep himself afloat for a while. I have even contacted the owner of 1call.co.za, Luke Borg who seems unable to assist. In conclusion, Fourspring/ Ernest Meintjes, are untrustworthy. Please refrain from doing business with them and if using the 1call.co.za service please utilise the "safebuy" service which was brought to my attention after I had been robbed of R12500.
