Incorrect Debit Orders

I am not happy with these companies who are taking chances by taking our hard earned monies from our accounts without our permission. 1 Call Direct debited R289 from my account, without my permission. I don't even know who the hell they are and what the hell they do. I had to call the bank now for a reversal of which I was charged a fee for. Also another company called with Ref: Mfj VH debited R 109 from my account which I also had no idea about. Luckily I could reverse on my phone but I'm sure I was also charged for that . Please can the chancers LEAVE US ALONE......
